Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific policies, front desk procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and document access according to site protocols and security-related requirements.
- Answer phones, greet guests, issue visitor badges, and communicate with site contacts to help support orderly access and professional front desk operations.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to supervisors or designated personnel as needed.
- Maintain surveillance of cameras, alarms, and other assigned systems from the front desk to help identify security-related concerns and support timely response.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
