Security Officer Secret Clearance Required Driver

As a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced with clearance and driver requirements in Hudson, NH, you’ll have a fixed base schedule with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts for increased earnings and varied experience.

This role requires a six-month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift, with the option to claim extra shifts through our scheduling platform. It’s ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with income stability and opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and effectively; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed by established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.84 per hour.

Schedule

• Fixed-shift commitment (“Anchor Shifts”) with a six-month assignment.
• Daytime shift: Sunday, 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program, allowing you to scale hours as needed (up to 40 hours per week).
