Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Greet visitors, team members, and/or vendors, manage access and visitor check-in processes, and communicate front desk protocols in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, observe the lobby and surrounding front desk area for unusual behavior, and help to deter unauthorized access or disruptions within the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
