Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, policy violations, and security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed incident reports and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and property management.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $17.13 - 18.13 / Hour

Schedule

DayTimeSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
