What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Manage front-desk access activities by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests in accordance with established site requirements.
- Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and assigned systems to help identify and report unusual or unauthorized activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
