Job Description
As a Security Officer Reception Coordinator in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. At a premier commercial real estate location, you will serve as the front desk presence, welcoming visitors, managing access, and supporting security-related procedures with professionalism and care. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet arriving guests, verify identification and/or visitor access, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with property protocols.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Answer phones, provide directions and general assistance, and support tenant and visitor needs while maintaining awareness of access control and other security-related concerns.
- Prepare reports on incidents, maintenance concerns, and daily front desk activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent observation and adherence to post procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- A current guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
