About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
  • Licenses may be required prior to employment based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
