About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a premier hotels and resorts location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and assist guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, building exteriors, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents to appropriate site contacts.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Guard card or applicable license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.16 / Hour

- Day: Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Day: Sunday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
