Security Officer Patrol Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, data, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to help support security-related operations.
- Support day-to-day operations at a technology-focused location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions, and completing required reports and logs.
Requirements
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
