What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and deliveries, and assist with visitor processing in accordance with site policies.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with staff and guests, and completing required reports, logs, and other security-related documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
