As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Greenville, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document details for follow-up.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, vehicle activity, and/or visitor movement in accordance with site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.
- Support loss prevention and inventory protection efforts by observing shipping, receiving, and storage areas, and communicating security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
