About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment through routine observations and timely reporting while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations and incidents.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Wednesday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
  • Thursday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
  • Friday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
  • Saturday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
