Security Officer Patrol Investigator

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document site activity, incidents, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
• Support general site operations by observing for equipment issues, unsecured doors, restricted area access concerns, and/or other security-related matters, then reporting findings through proper channels.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
