Security Officer - Patrol Inspection

About the role

As an Unarmed Security Officer - Patrol Inspection in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This part-time, driving post requires routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and reporting access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records while communicating relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$19.69 per hour.

Schedule

• Part-time, DayTime shift.
• Saturday: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM.
• Sunday: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM.
