Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Required Minimum
- 1 year or more of Security experience required
- A valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry points, access activity, and/or visitor movement in accordance with site protocols, offering guidance and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Support daily operations by observing the location for security-related issues, reporting hazards or policy violations, and assisting with directions, escorts, and/or other customer service needs as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
