What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access, unusual activity, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials in accordance with site requirements, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious conditions observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
