Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Part Time

As a Security Officer – Patrol Driver (Part‑Time) in Wisconsin Dells, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as hotels and resorts. The position allows you to build a flexible schedule and explore additional shifts through the Claim a Shift platform. This unarmed patrol role involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service to guests and staff. A valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, solve problems, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
- Assist with directing guests and visitors while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence that helps deter unauthorized activity.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Drug screening as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state or local regulations.
Pay
$18.04 per hour
Schedule
- Monday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
