About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, entrances, roadways, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with community policies and post instructions.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through established procedures.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while working collaboratively with property representatives and emergency responders when needed.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$18.00 / Hour
Schedule
- Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
