About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver First Aid in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, associates, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
