What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper site channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related issues.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and/or support visitor and contractor processing for restricted or controlled areas.
- Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or local responders as needed regarding security-related matters, post orders, and incident activity.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
