What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns related to operations, equipment, and/or restricted areas.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report discrepancies, suspicious behavior, or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Support refinery location operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports, logs, and incident documentation in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
