About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Driver Security Officer in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the assigned location to maintain a secure environment, remain visible to deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. This part-time, driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
  • Work in varying environments and conditions as required by client sites.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy).
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
  • At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$17.51 per hour.

  • Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
  • Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
