As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. • Day: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
• Time: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization for employees, visitors, and contractors, and maintain required logs and reports.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
