Responsibilities

As a Security Officer Patrol - Day/Swing Shift in Clatskanie, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and document security-related activity using a computer or tablet. • Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, exits, and unusual observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
