Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, support loss prevention efforts, and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity within the location to help address disturbances, trespassing, and/or unauthorized behavior while maintaining a professional presence.
• Assist with closing procedures, after-hours checks, and other assigned duties that support daily operations and help maintain order throughout the location.

Requirements

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
