Security Officer Patrol Coordinator

As a Security Officer Patrol Coordinator in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations through established channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in alignment with site protocols for a professional financial institution setting.
- Support day-to-day operations by observing for policy violations, assisting with directional questions, and communicating security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Skills
- Security-related experience.
- Alarm panel experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Access control and/or badge experience.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet.
