About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in Doral, FL, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic technology, media, telecommunications, and logistics location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report unusual activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to employees, visitors, and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of broadcast, office, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, visitor entry, deliveries, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
- Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns through accurate reports and logs.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
