As a Security Officer Patrol in Sherman, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support controlled access to restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns, following Allied Universal and site reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
