What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or conditions.
- Help to deter unwanted activity through visible presence and routine observation throughout the location.
- Prepare clear, timely reports related to incidents, patrol activities, and/or notable conditions at the site.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
