Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related concerns, and support tenants, guests, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, stairwells, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or security-related issues that could affect daily property operations.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, answering questions, and helping to address tenant and visitor concerns in alignment with site expectations and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
