What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and/or perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, or policy violations.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or common areas within a technology-focused location to help support authorized access and orderly operations.
• Complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific instructions.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
