Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe incoming and outgoing traffic, and/or report suspicious behavior to help support site protocols and daily operations.
• Assist with routine reporting, maintain a visible presence throughout assigned areas, and/or support personnel and visitors with directions or other site-related information.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
