How This Role Works

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): hired for a designated site and weekly shift as a reliable base schedule; six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: pick up extra shifts through a scheduling platform, increase earnings, and gain experience across multiple sites; work part‑time one week and full‑time the next.
• Flexible part‑time employment with the option to scale up to 40 hours per week or scale back as needed.

Pay

Pay Rate: $17.65 – $18.65 per hour

Schedule

DayTime Tue 06:00 PM – 05:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Adapt to varying working environments and conditions by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
