As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol a logistics location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the logistics facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access and egress activity for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
