Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Investigation

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site policy.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete required daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience, or an associate’s degree in criminal justice.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
