Daytime – Tuesday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Friday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology‑focused location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by established procedures.
• Observe and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and security‑related policy violations to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
