Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Preferred ability to ride a bike for long periods of time.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
