Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a food and beverage production and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, warehouse spaces, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs for deliveries, contractors, and other site visitors.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
- Support the protection of food and beverage operations by reporting damaged doors, unsecured gates, suspicious packages, or other conditions that may affect site operations.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Pay
Pay Rate: $19.25 - $20.25 / Hour
Schedule
Part Time. Day shifts: Monday, Thursday, Friday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
