Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established escalation procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly professional environment by reporting maintenance hazards, unauthorized activity, and other conditions that may require client or Allied Universal management attention.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Pay

Pay Rate: $19.97 / Hour

Schedule

Day Time: Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
