As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notifications according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoffs accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: Saturday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM; Sunday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
