Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observed conditions, incidents, and/or security-related concerns to site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency services as appropriate.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
