What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel guest areas, entrances, parking areas, service corridors, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
