As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points and alarm activity, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and employees. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, report suspicious behavior and/or policy concerns, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.
