Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Part‑Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Prineville, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech, Media, Telecom, and more. This role includes routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology‑focused location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points, check credentials as assigned, and document visitor activity, incidents, and/or patrol observations in accordance with site requirements.
• Help deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence, timely reporting, and adherence to Allied Universal and site‑specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
