As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials or authorizations as required by site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and documenting observations and actions taken.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule

Part Time. Daytime shifts include Tuesday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Wednesday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

$18.36 / Hour
