As an Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access points and site operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident documentation.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and assisting with security-related questions, directions, and requests.

Requirements

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time, Saturday 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM, Sunday 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
