Security Officer Part Time Site Monitor

About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Qualifications
- Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.

$18.15 / Hour

- Friday: 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM
- Saturday: 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM
