DayTime Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required by site protocols, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and/or general inquiries, and completing required reports related to security-related incidents and observations.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
