Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for customers, guests, employees, and delivery personnel at a high-end retail location.
• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control processes, and visitor sign-in requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, verify credentials or appointments as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
