Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery or contractor entry requirements in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, maintain visitor and vehicle access records, and communicate access concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
